30-Day Return Policy

At Airecoo, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In original factory-sealed packaging
  • In the same condition as received

Products that are opened, used, damaged, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

To ensure proper handling and processing:

  • Please securely package the item
  • Include your order number or invoice inside the package
  • Use a trackable shipping method

Airecoo is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Restocking Fee

We currently apply a 0% restocking fee on eligible returns.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 7–10 business days

We reserve the right to deny refunds if returned items do not meet the conditions outlined above.

Important Notes

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
  • Returns must be initiated within the 30-day window
  • Unauthorized returns may not be accepted
  • All orders are shipped domestically from our U.S. warehouse, and returns do not involve any customs duties or import taxes
