Order Processing Policy (Pacific Time – California)

  • Monday–Thursday Orders

    All orders placed during business hours will be shipped within 24 hours:

    • Monday orders → shipped by Tuesday
    • Tuesday orders → shipped by Wednesday
    • Wednesday orders → shipped by Thursday
    • Thursday orders → shipped by Friday
  • Friday Orders

    Orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday due to scheduled warehouse operations.

  • Weekend Orders (Saturday–Sunday)

    All weekend orders will be processed and shipped on Monday.

  • After-Hours Orders (Monday–Thursday)

    Orders placed outside business hours will be processed the next business morning.

  • Tracking Updates

    Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment due to carrier system delays.

Shipping Methods for Large Orders

For orders containing 5 or more 25 lb cylinders or bulk quantities, we use LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight services to ensure safe and compliant delivery.

All shipments are handled in accordance with U.S. transportation regulations, including proper labeling, documentation, and carrier compliance.

Hazmat Compliance & Delivery Conditions

Refrigerants are classified as hazardous materials under U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.

  • Ground shipping only (no air or overnight shipping permitted)
  • Residential delivery: No signature required
  • Commercial delivery: Signature required upon delivery
  • Packages will not be left unattended at commercial locations

We strictly follow all hazmat transport guidelines to ensure safe and legal delivery.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Due to our fast processing workflow, once an order is placed, changes or modifications may not be possible.

Shipping Policy & Restrictions

All products qualify for free shipping. Since all orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse, no customs duties or import taxes are involved.

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not support international shipping at this time.

We support shipping to U.S. territories; however, regions such as Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands require prior consultation with customer service to confirm whether delivery can be arranged.
